Three big sessions ran between the last sweep and today. The tone-driven seed color system was the headline lock — a clean resolution to the "color is doing two jobs at once" problem that had haunted V3. The master app-design-system spec shipped and deployed. V4 globe prototype iterated through a full color-model port. No scores moved (rescore pending Ashley's go — see Score Sync below).
Since v8 (Apr 24): master spec shipped, tone color system locked, V4 prototype advanced significantly, several HW cards moved to closed/locked. Potential moves: MVP Build bloom phase (was 55%), Founder-Market Fit, Learning Velocity. Say "rescore" to trigger a new scoring pass — or skip if you want to hold v8 until a bigger milestone.
Multi-hour session focused on building the design lockdown that Josh can actually ship. Motion patterns went from "scattered across 26 inspo entries" to a single locked spec (12 canonical + 4 newly picked). Pop-up cards got a 3-tier disclosure model with both undecided pieces locked. 7 new inspiration entries captured (one direct from a Dribbble video via Chrome MCP — the "Melting Ball Tabbar" that's already a strong TAB2 supersede candidate). New meta-rule established: Provisional Locks Principle — every design decision is held only as long as no stronger inspiration appears. Master spec scoped + named: app-design-system.html. Three supersede evaluations queued for tomorrow.
app-design-system.html (not brand-system-master) — explicitly app-scoped, distinct from broader brand workapp-design-system.html master consolidated spec — every locked rule in one buildable file Josh can use (~60–90 min)Three-day session arc (Apr 23 devastation → Apr 24 reframe → Apr 25 consolidation) replaced the VC-biased Investment Readiness Scorecard with a 6-dimension Viability Matrix built for indie/bootstrapped reality. 66 competitors cataloged (jumped from prior 45). 10 verified unique mechanics surfaced. Aggregate viability landed at 7.5/10 — GO on Path B (Full Vision, Depth-Prioritized Rollout). Dashboard is now live with the new framework; old v7 preserved in archive folder.
biz-dev-coaching-dashboard.htmldandyline-app/ repo for app-dev visibilityCompetitive landscape refresh (biweekly cadence formalized). Discovered Heritance Digital — closest positioning-overlap competitor we've found to date (#ValuesBeyondValuables framing). Added 5 new competitors to landscape, nudged Competitive Moat 9→8 and Investor Narrative 10→9 based on honest reassessment. Dashboard rescored v6→v7.
Plane workbook + 8 homework items (HW#71–78). Dashboard v5→v6. 7 product decisions locked. Josh 40+ commits, Phase 1 at 55-60%, encryption + password reset live. Collapsible Score History added. Team Fit 7→8, Accountability 9→10, Bloom 59%→63%.
Seed Key & Guardian system full spec. 17 homework items (HW#52–68). Button Design System 71 variants. D1 infrastructure live. Coaching dashboard v4. Eight investment scores moved. Legal brief + 10 counsel questions.
Vault deep-dive. Locked 12 vault decisions, created Roots (6th vault type), added homework items #20–28.
Tracked from file activity + Cowork sessions. Updated each Friday at 5pm by the automated weekly sweep. Source of truth: TIME-LOG.csv in your DandyLine folder.
Two methods reconciled: (1) file-timestamp spans per active day capped at 8h, (2) Cowork session count × estimated duration. Methods agreed within 25%. Tracked = 98.9h, best estimate = 130h (adds buffer for thinking/research time not captured in file saves). Live tracker artifact in your sidebar lets you log new sessions in real time.
DandyLine's scoring, tasks, build progress, and audit history all moved to dedicated active pages during the April 25 reorganization. This hub points you to each. The widgets at the top of this page (Freshness Audit + MVP Build Status) give the at-a-glance check; the linked pages below have the full detail.
Viability Matrix · 30 sub-scores across 6 dimensions · 66-competitor master roster · Learn-From section · Aggregate 7.5/10 · GO on Path B. Replaces the old "Launch Readiness Scorecard" with a living, evidence-based scoring system. Refreshes via Dashboard Sweep.
All open items, ideas, and decisions. Filtered by 22 Quests. Replaces the old hardcoded "What We're Still Working Through" section that lived here. Status workflow: parked → thinking → spec-ready → designed-built → bloomed.
Detailed step-by-step build plan with MVP Goal Timeline. Lives in Homework's "Build" tab. The summary at the top of THIS page is the at-a-glance view; click through for the full detail with each step's status, dependencies, and decision points.
Full written audit · 25-section markdown · honest go/no-go · all evidence cited. The deeper "show your work" version of what's summarized in the Coaching Dashboard. Read once, refer back as needed.
Pre-reorg snapshots, retired notes pages (strategy/product/business), older versions of dashboards, version history of audits. Nothing deleted — everything preserved with descriptive prefixes for traceability.
One keyword runs the full closing ritual: timestamps, score sync, freshness audit, session recap. Replaces 7 separate update prompts. Auto-runs every Friday morning + on demand. Procedure documented in CLAUDE.md.
